I pledge to:
- 1 Reduce my screen time a little more each week, because too much screen time can make me feel anxious, distracted, or even sad.
- 2 Go outside with family or friends for at least 30 minutes every day without a phone, tablet, or TV.
- 3 Take time to notice the world around me and explore nature in my neighborhood – like birds singing or plants growing in the cracks of the sidewalk.
- 4 Connect face-to-face with the people around me and be fully present, without digital distractions.
