Join SPAR Friday, June 26 for a BIKE AND BASEBALL SOCIAL, presented by M&M Homes! Enjoy an evening bike ride to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Game and watch representatives from the East & West Side Historic Springfield Throwback Baseball teams throw out the first pitch!
Meet at the SPAR Building (1321 N Main Street) at 5:45 pm, and be ready to depart at 6:00 pm. We will ride together to 121 Financial Ballpark (approximately two miles, one-way) for the Jumbo Shrimp game, starting at 7:05 PM. Stay as long as you like and return on your schedule.
The ride is free, but TICKETS ARE REQUIRED for the Jumbo Shrimp game. Tickets purchased through the above link (tinyurl.com/SPRShrimp26) benefit SPAR and will secure your seat in the Historic Springfield block.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this event. Riders are encouraged to have appropriate safety gear, and there is a bike repair station located at the SPAR Building for your use.
